These terms govern the use of NoWaitDoc, a WhatsApp-based appointment booking, queue management, and clinic analytics service operated by Corvexa Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By creating a clinic account, or by messaging a clinic's NoWaitDoc WhatsApp number as a patient, you agree to these terms.
NoWaitDoc lets a clinic manage bookings, queue status, and basic patient records through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. NoWaitDoc is a scheduling and operations tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind, and nothing in the service should be interpreted as such.
A clinic account may only be created by a licensed medical practitioner or an authorized representative of a clinic. The doctor is responsible for the accuracy of the clinic information entered — fees, timings, address, and any other content displayed to patients.
A doctor may create staff accounts for their front-desk team, secured by a PIN specific to that clinic. The doctor is responsible for the conduct of any staff account created under their clinic, including how the queue and patient records are managed.
The doctor and any staff members are responsible for keeping login credentials and PINs confidential and for any activity that occurs under their account. Notify us immediately at hello@corvexastudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
A clinic agrees to use NoWaitDoc only for legitimate booking, queue management, and clinic-operations purposes. A clinic may not use NoWaitDoc to send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited content to patients, to send broadcast messages to patients who have not opted in, or to attempt to bypass the platform's fixed-template broadcast restrictions.
The doctor is solely responsible for ensuring that any content they provide (fees, clinic descriptions, or any other custom text) complies with applicable Indian Medical Council professional conduct regulations, including restrictions on advertising, solicitation, and patient testimonials. NoWaitDoc's default templates and design are built with these restrictions in mind, but the doctor remains responsible for their own account's compliance.
Patients interact with NoWaitDoc solely through WhatsApp, without creating a separate account. By messaging a clinic's NoWaitDoc number, a patient agrees to the limited data use described in our Privacy Policy. A patient may stop receiving messages at any time by replying with a stop/unsubscribe request.
Clinics pay a flat monthly subscription fee based on their assigned tier, as communicated at signup or at tier review. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are due on the billing date shown in the dashboard.
NoWaitDoc does not collect consultation fees or any other payment from patients. All patient payments are made directly to the clinic, by whatever means the clinic normally accepts.
Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle a clinic to a prorated refund for the remainder of that period.
We may suspend a clinic's account if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. A suspended account's data is archived, not deleted, and access is restored on payment.
We aim to keep NoWaitDoc reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The WhatsApp-facing features of NoWaitDoc depend on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.; any outage, policy change, or restriction imposed by Meta is outside our control, and we are not liable for service interruptions arising from it. Clinics should be prepared to manage their queue manually as a fallback during any outage.
A doctor may cancel their NoWaitDoc subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. On cancellation, the clinic's patient-facing booking is deactivated immediately, and any patients with pending tokens are notified that online booking is temporarily unavailable.
On cancellation, a clinic's data is archived rather than deleted, so that the account can be reactivated later without losing history. See our Privacy Policy for how long archived data is retained.
We may suspend or terminate a clinic's account for violation of these terms, including misuse of the broadcast feature, non-payment, or use of the service in a way that risks the WhatsApp number's standing with Meta (for example, sending unsolicited bulk messages).
The NoWaitDoc name, software, and design are the property of Corvexa Studio. A clinic is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use NoWaitDoc for its own clinic operations for as long as its subscription is active. This does not grant any ownership right in the underlying software or platform.
NoWaitDoc is a scheduling and queue-management tool. We are not responsible for missed appointments, clinical outcomes, or any decision made by a doctor or patient in reliance on information displayed through the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvexa Studio's total liability for any claim arising from use of NoWaitDoc is limited to the subscription fees paid by the clinic in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clinics via the dashboard or email in advance of taking effect. Continued use of NoWaitDoc after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of NoWaitDoc will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
